I just logged in and got a popup from them that says they are swamped. Maybe that's the reason.
I received an order from them before Christmas, but when I talked to them on the phone, they said they were incredibly busy, and mentioned the order would take longer than normal to ship (it did). I would try to call them, that seems to be the best way to get ahold of them.

Thanks for the info.
That "swamped" message has been up for years. Whenever I order from them I call and get taken care of. Dave has always returned my e-mails when I ask technical questions. I gather CH4d is not too big of a company.
spoke to them the other day. there said they were busy

They are always busy. Dave declines to hire enough help to cleanup the backlog, and their secretary is only part-time.

Every time I have called I spoke with Dave. Good guy doing what he wants.

If you get Dave, you will know, he sounds like Sam Eliot. Great guy with tons of knowledge and valuable insight. If you get Denny he tries to be helpful but 99 of of 100 times he runs the question/info by Dave. Beth is the part timer, she is extremely nice but seems over-worked.
