Thumbs up did some timing today

cast a bunch of 120 gr .38 bullets yesterday

    starting at 3 p.m.

    PC 400+ of them

    and sized them.

Looked at the clock and it was 3:55 p.m.

a good day to be sure

Sounds about right to me. I can usually fit 150 boolits standing up in my oven.
Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway!

I do the shake routine then into a colander with enlarged holes for the ASBB to drop through

then dump PC bullets onto a tray

from there to the oven. Much quicker than picking them up one by one and no marks (did do the one by one method when I started)

I can do 400+ at a time. Most of the time is taken up plucking & placing bullets. Using the empty cartridge tray as jigs speeds things up a lot. I can usually get two trays ready to go in the time it takes for my over to heat. Then the other two trays while they are cooking.
