Great service & support for customers... while on vacation in Florida I ordered an XL650 quick tool head change kit (tool stand, tool head & powder measure) good saving over buying separately... but I need to update my failsafe rod to suit the new powder measure ($17) and while I’m at it might as well get a platform alignment tool ($11).. I’d save a fortune on shipping getting it sent to my hotel so value was always going to be good...
It all arrived exactly when Steve Chavez (international customer service) said it would, great again.... but I was surprised to see no charge for the alignment tool and failsafe rod almost $30 value for free.... Wow,
I’ve never regretted for a minute buying that press more than 25 years ago....
