The "PN" is a standard Italian black powder proof mark, not the manufacturer's mark. But I'll bet there is some mark somewhere on the gun that will indicate that information.
Check underneath the loading lever, mfg. might be there.
At least that's where I found it on one revolver.

Not sure what mfg that 1851 is, my Pietta 1858 actually is stamped "F.LLIPIETTA-MADE IN ITALY" on the right side of the barrel.
