    Baby Browning 25ACP parts help

The family got together for a shooting event yesterday and my Uncle was shooting his 25 ACP. Somewhere between the shooting line and the loading table, his trigger fell out! We al stopped and looked, but could not find it.

I am going to go back and blow the leaves off to look for it, but if I can't find it, where can I buy a new trigger?

    Finding lost part

Don't blow the leaves away with a leaf blower as you might blow the trigger away with the leaves. Go to Home Depot or some similar store and get a wheeled 16 inch wide magnet for picking up hardware. This will likely cost much less than a new trigger. If the leaves are too deep pick them up with your hands and sift them. Good luck finding the trigger!

Good idea with the magnet. I'll try that first. I have blown the leaves there pretty often, so they are not thick. I was thinking to stand off and just let it be a strong wind. This is what I do to make sure I get all the brass that is under a leaf.

I had not heard about Precision Small Arms. Their website shows some really nice work.

    Thanks to all who replied.

Just in case you run across a junk Bauer 25, its trigger might work as replacement.
Bauer was manufactured under Browning patent.
There is one on Gunbroker for only $50. That is not a typo-its $50! Gunparts has Browning for only about $60.
    PM inbound sir.

Bauer parts might work and they might not. One gent I know who is a big fan of these guns and has a bunch of them notes that Bauer didn't always stay true to the prescribed dimensions. Even between Bauer guns they don't always interchange.

Check the cuffs on uncle's pants first, then go with the magnet. It would be nice to keep the original parts. If that doesn't work, check out some of the other options offered by members here.
