    NON Stick aluminum foil

I ran out of foil. So I went to Walmart to get some more. They were out of the Reynolds non stick. So I got the Walmart brand. It is not marked which side is non stick but it is the dull side that is. Well it SUCKS!!! Looks like I will be going back to get some Reynolds tomorrow. Everything sticks to it And it is tearing and sticking to the bullets.

    Anyone else tried this garbage?

Does the Walmart box say Hecho en China?

I used parchment paper for several years, but now only use the Silicone Trivets found on Amazon.

I have a roll of the wal-mart stuff. It must be at least 3-4 years old (snagged it out of the kitchen). It works fine, maybe they changed the formula or you have to let it age a couple years ?

last time I needed nonstick foil her and I were at Walmart I had the Walmart brand in my hand and was gonna toss it into the cart till she pointed out to me it was only a dime cheaper than reynolds brand so I put the Walmart stuff back and stuck to the Reynolds brand ive been using since I started to pc

I've PC a lot of bullets the past few week using the Reynolds brand foil and get quiet a few uses out of one sheet, I need to check and see how much I have left on the roll. They put the stuff on sale quiet often in the local grocery store around here so I'll get a couple rolls. They also have a store brand that I may try if it doesn't work for boolits I'll give it to the wife.

So which side is really the non-stick side, the dull or the shiney? Anyone have a clue as to what they put on it to make it non-stick?

The dull side is the non-stick side, as far as what they use it probably some type of non-stick coating sprayed on at the factory http://www.freepatentsonline.com/6696511.html

Silicone baking mats are the only way to go. Saves lots of hassle.

I started my ASBB HF Red PC efforts with an off brand of non-stick. What a PITA.

I am confident I would have been better off with the parchment paper.

I went shopping for a silicone mat, but did not like the choices.

I now use the method of loading the plastic trays from ammo boxes with upside down boolits then flip and slide them onto the cooking sheet. In the process I worked out how to with the powder off of the bases.

There is no need for foil, paper or silicone mat with the bases wiped clean.
