I bought myself all the plates I needed for the Inline quick change mount. It was a lot of them, over ten. Does this count?

I had Cricket's (my wife) fathers old Savage over and under completely professionally restored and gave it to her as one of her Christmas presents... She balled like a baby..
Thank you again Rob for doing such a wonderful job on that gun... She is eternally grateful.

I'm retired! The stress level had gotten to the point that I wanted to walk out every day. I wasn't sleeping, in a panic all day every day due to the workload, job used to be enjoyable but that was taken away over a long stretch of time. All is better now.

My sweety bought me a Leupold 3X9 scope. I found her a vintage Singer feather weight sewing machine.

Congratulations . I'm getting into the same boat with my job but I need to work a few more years yet . Might have to start looking for somewhere less stressful to collect a check from . Enjoy your new found freedom !

Best present this year was getting to spend several days with my oldest son who has been living 175 miles away for the last five years and is now ( as of the 27th ) headed to Austin Texas for who knows how long .

Second best was my dads old 1975 XT 500 Yamaha . Still all original and except the one time I rode it only been ridden by two guys over 70 years old so lightly used . Wife bought it for me from my sister .

My wife bought me a $230 designer leather purse and a $300 pair of designer boots. Neither were my style but as luck would have it they were perfect for her so no exchange needed.

I got her a Lee Quick Trim, a Quick Trim Power Adapter, a couple of hard-to-find Quick Trim Dies and a Black & Decker PD 600 in-line Cordless Screwdriver. She said she didn't have a use for any of it but if I wanted it I could have it.

Worked out well for both of us.

And we flew our youngest daughter in for Christmas. That was the best present.
