Does a model 94 handed down from your grandfather count? And the bonus is it was made in 1954, like I was..,

I rationalized buying two marlin 336-A rifles. '52 and a '59. 30-30s. (Should have gotten one of them in 35 rem.)

Last week I found 1963 Winchester 88 in .308 that gave me those big ol puppy dog eyes and I just couldn't say no.
If it's not unfired it's pretty close to it. Definitely a safe queen.
Shop owner said the guy that brought it in has another one in .358.
I said I'm going to give you my phone number.
He said no need. If it shows up here it's going in my collection!

Bought this on Dec. 27. Guess I barely squeezed in for the year.

I got to shoot A winchester 88 in .308 it makes me a warm inside just looking at the smooth lines of the stock and receiver but it's a bit out of my reach..

Way over priced. RIACO on line auction? Probably the panic over the first week of the Biden administration is driving that sort of price. He may end up being a better gun salesman than Obama.

Never was a lever fan but I happened on a new blued Henry .22 yesterday and couldn't resist. The wood and bluing look nice, the action cycles like butter and trigger seems decent and I look forward to getting it out for a road test.

Rossi 92 in .454 Casull. I've been waiting on delivery to my local FFL now for 2+ weeks. USPS appears to be pretty much paralyzed.
