Missing the pan, I presume?

Yep I picked up a 10-10 in a lot purchase here and it needed a new sticker and a pan. They sent both and wouldn't take my money. You might have to adjust the bb count in the hanging pan base to get a zero with a new pan. I had to pull two or three bbs.
Where was it made?
How would I know that?
In my experience, they all have Ohaus's New Jersey address cast into the base but the foreign made ones also have a country of origin sticker, currently China.
Nothing on this one but the Ohaus's address
All I have seen it is stamped under the scale on the bottom
