SMITES PATENT. APR 15 1873 No41 on top of frame strap. Nickel plate is worn
birds head grips of "rose wood?" not sure. Gun is single action with spring loade
cylinder release. Bore and chambers have some pitting, mechanically gun fully
functionable and shootable if you had ammo. Sn #2308
