It has some ring, handling marks & a blemish on the objective end (body, not on the glass), cosmetic only I don't believe anything that will affect function.
i believe this has the paralax adjustment & target knobs, optics appear clear.
I don't know much about scopes in general or pistol scopes but will try to answer questions the best I can.
