Are you asking about case sizing dies, or bullet sizing dies? And for what machine, if for a bullet sizing die.

Lee will make one, my last one was $50.00 shipped ordered from their web site.
NOE makes a push through sizing system that's much cheaper in the long run. Once the die body is bought, the sizer bushings are $7 with many sizes available.

If your "bore" is .4745 - that is, the hole bored through the blank, then your .476 should be close to your groove size. If your groove is .4745 then you are right. Precision in language matters.

Sounds like you want a 'sized cast' to end up that size...if so you'll have to consider the bullet metal you are casting with too.
Just because the size die says '.XXX" ' that doesn't mean the cast will come out that size.

I've been scratching my head and trying to figure out how to get .257 and 7MM sizing dies, I think NOE and I will have to have a lil talk, I don't know how their system works yet - But they will know Good to know that Lee makes custom sizers, too. I had H & I sizers before a family member went loopy and stole too much, replacing things now, so I'm upgrading some things (I like the steel media wet tumbler, no red Rouge dust to remove off the casings and it's a LOT faster. Nice looking brass after 90 minutes.)
It's nice to have you folks as such a good information source, I do find that (Even since I've reloaded since 40+ years ago) I'm still learning - And learning faster since I got back active on here. Usually I am NOT a forum user much, but this one's NICE Thanks, all of you.
