My tang sight (standard) has 5-6 threads still showing when it is fully bottomed out.
It appears that I need to grind off about 2 threads to obtain zero.
This is a Rossi 92 so I do not want to go to the hassle to see what size dovetail will fit.
Can this stem be turned until it comes out so I can "modify" file it off?
