I have always used my arbor press. Chris now has my large size Paco tool - I expected he would have reported some results, a young man with a career, school, and a wife and kids can only do som much!

Reading Paco's information, it appears one of his dies can be used to reform several rounds at once. Again, from his website, it looks like each one of the multiple rounds will be a different diameter. I have one of the "euro barrels", and two Ruger .22s...a bolt and the 10-22. My question is; What diameters should I order to cover all the bore diameters? Could I get away with .222 for the Euro, and .223 or .224 for the other "99%" of barrels?

Don't get hung up over groove diameters. It's the throat area of the chamber that you have to fit. Even for the tight Lilja competition chamber that I generally use, I swage to .225. The objective is to get the bullet to lie concentric to the bore.

A drill press can easily be used as and arbor press with the Paco tool. I use an old Craftsman that held a hand drill. Got it at a yard sale for $2. The "stop" can be adjusted for consistent swaging and nose HP or other.

I found 1 like it at a Thrift store. Not sure what brand but it makes a better drill press than nothing at all, for sure.
