The base to mount the receiver sight in the M-37 is at an angle. What does it take to mount a Redfield Olympic sigh on it or is that even possible?

When it's time to fight, you fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's Ark.... and brother, it's STARTING TO RAIN!!
You need to find a Redfield mount, they made them back then. You can find one of those or buy a new made one from Steve Earl. http://www.steveearleproducts.com/redfield.htm
Thank you.
EXACTLY what I was looking for but my googling didn't yield anything for me using my search words.
