    Venison Barbecue

For you guys that have venison neck roasts and want a quick an easy receipt.
Take your neck roasts or any extra scrap venison that you would normally
grind into hamburger. Trim off all fat and put in a crockpot, fill the pot full
and cover with water and cook on low over night. When the meat is fully
cooked, drain and remove any bones. Return the meat to the crockpot and
shred with fork till broken down in shreds. Add a bottle of your favorite ketch-up
to the venison ,then fill the ketch-up bottle with cider vinegar and add it to the
venison. Mix in some brown sugar to taste, Mix well and simmer on low heat
over night. Serve like sloppy joe mix on torpedo rolls. Simple and the kids
    will love it.

Even better when you do it in a smoker!
