RCBS Great Customer sevice & Warranty

I killed a sizer die rod and contacted RCBS

    "I have an RCBS 30-06 FL --------- 16
As I was sizing a lubed case the threads stripped out of the inside sizer rod and the sizer head is stuck in a case.
I would like to purchase 2 of the threaded rods (so I have a spare for this and other RCBS dies and an inner sizing "ball/expander decapping pin holder.
I just started processing 1000 military and commercial cases

Please let me know How I can purchase these and get on with my project.

    Thankyou
    Jim

    And they responded;

"Just ordered those parts for you no charge

    YUP!

I find I have, through some hamhandedness on my part I expect, bent the expander/decapping rod on my 22/250 Fl die. The die set is dated '78. Can you tell me if I can get replacement parts for dies this old and how I'd go about it? Thanks and regards,

Woody, sending you the parts at no charge. You will need to put in the new guide bushing first. Have a great day and enjoy your reloading.

They have never let me pay for a replacement part even when I told them it was my fault a part was damaged. Great folks to deal with.

Heard this story time and time again. That’s why RCBS is usually my first choice.

Same experience here. I told them that I'd bought a used Rock Chucker and was missing a part on it and I also wanted to buy an extra primer arm so I could have one set up for small primers and one for large primers. The rep, told me. We don't sell parts. They'll be shipped out tomorrow morning at the latest. No charge. I was shocked and surprised. They sure have my business.

When it comes to reloading customer service, I have found that both RCBS and Dillon are among the best on customer service. Both have treated me great over the past years.

RCBS has always been good to me. A few weeks ago I broke a part on a Lubamatic from the 60s or 70s. I sent a quick email describing the problem and asking if parts were still available. In less than a week, I had the part in hand - no charge.

I was afraid that changes in management might allow the bean counters to change this policy. Great to hear the policy remains the same.
RCBS has been my go-to since 1962, and the few times I've needed service or parts I had the same experience.
    Information not shared. is wasted.

I love RCBS. The best at taking care of their customers. Period.
