Cool Buchanan Precision Machine Hand Press

Had a chance to finally use the BPM hand press. Needed to load up some 45-70 so I figured it would be a good test. It ran flawlessly. I was a little worried the cases might be hard to FL resize...but a little lube went a long way. I am impressed with how smooth this press is.

I plan on taking it to the range tomorrow for some load development.

Thanks Randy for providing such a high quality press at a great price!

If you are in the market for a portable press (Made in the USA of quality material) give this press a serious look.

ICH good to hear that you are using your press. I am loading all my ammo on mine now. and it is much more convenient sitting at the dining room table than out in the garage.

Ina case you guys haven't figured it out yet these tools are Single Stage Reloading Presses that are completely portable. They will easily size virtually any Brass Cartridge so they are not just for loading Pistol Cartridges.

I have one guy who is loading 577 NE with his and just got back from a trip to West Africa where he shot 150 rounds. The country would only allow him to bring in 20 rounds of loaded ammo for each gun, so he brought components and a BPM L-N-L Press with him and loaded in camp every night. He also was shooting a .45-110 Sharps Rifle, and loaded them too.

If you haven't got one of these tools you are definitely missing out.
