    Expanding Plug .260 x .256

    Hello Everyone,

I would like confrontation that this is the right size expanding plug for 6.5 x 55 Swedish or does it depend on other factors too? For example cast bullets. Should I get several close sizes? If so, which ones would be recommended? What are people using? I am told these are just like Lyman’s when used Lee’s tapered die holder.

    Thanks

Depends on what you are sizing the bullets. Go 0.001" over bullet size

I try to keep the inside diameter of necks .002 smaller than the boolit. If boolit is .310, I.D. is .308 YMMV. Todd/3leg
