Uberti carbine front end in 45 Colt for sale

I have the complete front end (barrel, mag tube, forend, mag spring) for sale. I took it off a gun that was used with smokeless powder only. It is in excellent shape. I would like 250.00 for the whole assembly, plus shipping. If you have a gun with a damaged/worn out barrel or just want to convert to 45 Colt this is for you.

I don't believe Uberti makes an 1892. In any case, this is for a '66 or '73, same barrel. This came off a '66. I'm waiting to make sure Mike knows exactly what it is.

So, anybody know if Uberti barrels will mount on a Winchester? I would think one is Metric and one isn't, but I don't know for sure.

I don't know if you can legally ship that out of the US.. Might want to check!
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? Click here to send me a PM You can also find me on Facebook Click Here.

    Good morning
My searching around and asking has produced "opinions".
Springfield.. Could you please post a view of the barrel threads. That will at least show what the thread "shape" is.
    Thank you.
Doug... I never have anything shipped to Peru...

It might not apply here, but a Rossi 92 barrel will fit a Win 92. I've done it.

That was my first thought.. Have a model 92 in 44 WCF that is ground hog accurate to 35 yards.
Thank you for that info ! Always good to know adaptions that work.

I got lucky, Mike. I just had to file the shoulder back a tad to get the barrel indexed and the headspace was good.
    Best, Thomas.

Ok, I talked to a very competent gunsmith who does lots of rifle work. He says the thread pitch is right but the diameters are different,so Uberti barrels won't fit Winchesters. So this is still up for grabs.

I was watching this to see how it come out.
I done some checking in case Mike passed and it won't work for the idea I had in mind either.

Mike doesn't ship out of the country, he has his things sent to somewhere in the US, I assume where he is originally from. I wouldn't even think of shipping out of country anyway, to easy to lose and/or get in legal trouble.
