Heck. I purposely opened up my Lee .224 size die to size .2255"

I've shot 9mms as large as .360"

I use .311" in all my .308 groove diameter bores.

Since switching to powder coating I'm finding I don't actually need to go big but this is just to point out a little over is no problem.

Your boolits are only too big if they so big that they are snug in your chamber. You should have at least a little room for the case to expand and release the boolits.

I'm still trying to figure out how I can get a 30/30 neck sizing (Lee) insert into the Lee FCD. Then i can throat size for the BO & 30/30. Inset loaded ammo from the top and size the bore-rider part.
