I have used a Barbour waxed cotton hunting jacket for years. Finally no longer usable. Checked on the price for them now - running $350 - 375. Accidentally stumbled on Walker and Hawks in Amazon - appears exactly the same as my old Barbour jacket - but the price is stunning:

Walker & Hawkes - Mens Unpadded Wax Jacket Countrywear Hunting Waxed Coat - Black $61.95-$64.95. I held my breath and got one in - perfect! I wear about a size 45 sport coat. The size large fits me perfectly. With all the rain we are having in Arkansas I have been wearing it almost every day.

Tasco target varminter optics. Mil dot 2.5x10 and 6x24 are both $29.99on amazon. I bought three I. The last few weeks. The 2.5x10 is my favorite. The 2.5 was $27.99 last week. Great for air rifles or rimfire imo.

Sportsman's Warehouse has all their primers on sale. I picked up 1K each of the Winchester large pistol and large rifle for $22.90 per 1K before tax. They limit you to 1K per SKU number.

Thanks, it is not as heavy as say a Filson Tin Clad Hunting coat, but as much rain as we've had here in the Arkansas it sure has come in handy. I'm crazy about mine, and I have even thought about getting a few for some of my kinfolk for Christmas.

I have probably a dozen of their t shirts that they sell occasionally for like $2. Have one on now. They are a decent starting point when looking for new stuff.

NRA Threads of Freedom is offering 50% off of Crimson Trace equipment till 3/22. I got an email last week. They also list other companies with deals. Was looking at some stuff and code really does cut it in half.

I'm wondering if this current firearm/ammo shortage will work it's way toward Hi-cap mags?
    >>> We KNOW it will if Joe get's elected.
Midsouth has a sale on 30 rd AR15 mags...10 pak for $139 and free shipping.

I hope that is sarcasm. Those handles were $12.99 two months ago when I ordered a set.

Nope. Those handles have not been in stock anywhere. My guess is new normal will be in the low $20 range.

Glad I bought a bunch when I did. I bought the 4th to get free shipping. I think they were $14 last year.
