    square or round gas checks?

    My friend and i have been modifying sizing dies to take 8mm checks on 30 call bullets.

    I discovered an upside down ranch dog bullets make the checks round @ the base.

    I wonder what this would/ will do.Click image for larger version.

    Theoretically, a domed GC should seal better. In reality - let us know how it works.

    Im trying to figure out how to do this with my pointed bullets.

    Ill start with these and go from there
