I picked up a Henry lever action in .22 Magnum recently, I got the 20 inch octagon barreled rifle, and having not owned one before, I can see why these are so popular. The action is smooth, the fit and finish of the gun itself is excellent. I found it doesn't like the 30 grain V-max rounds, they tend to keyhole and the group opens up, but it loves the CCI 40 grain JHP's, the 3 shot group at 25 yards is pretty tight and I was whacking clay pigeons set up at 125 yards with ease with the open sights. This is another gun I plan on getting out this winter once deer season is over for coyotes at close range and foxes/ raccoons.
