I have 5,000 pieces of mixed head stamp 40 S&W. They are packaged 500 per bag totaling 10 bags. The brass has not been cleaned. $11 per 500 plus shipping. I will ship in USPS flat rate boxes.

I think probably so? Osteodoc gave him a warning for over 10 yesterday and I wondered the same thing.
Joined in 2012 post some then and in 2013 been quite until posting for brass for sale. Advise him to make some post with meaning to them to up his count. If he fails to do so follow standard practice.
Reloading to save money I am sure the saving is going to start soon
The board will not let you start a post in S&S unless at one point in time you had the required # of posts.
He is a victim.
