Thumbs up another coating session using the wire racks

had my first 'real' try where you pour the bullets onto a wire rack; no picking them out one by one.

from the plastic jar I pour the contents into a colander that had the holes in the bottom enlarged to allow the ASBB past through along with the powder.

then pour bullets on top the rack (which also had a bit more powder which is caught by a cookie tray under the rack.

repeat till the rack is full. make sure none of the bullets are on top of one another--just one layer

into the oven and cook for 10 minutes once 400° is reached

pull rack out and invert over a wooden tray lined in cork (cause I had it) and roll them back and forth to break apart any bullets that might have stuck together. Wooden tray was built to be larger than the trays and have 1 1/2 in sides to contain the bullets

Quick, easy, little to no mess and my new method.

much quicker and no melting lube problems in warm garage during Tex summers

I like my Walmart rack...but I still can't get away from standing them up. I like perfect looking boolits.
