In need of a Old busted or broken stock

Anyone have a old busted or broken walnut stock lying about? I need some old aged walnut to make some repairs on a old walnut rifle stock. My largest repair is a piece 6 x 2 x 3/8 inches, the 6 inches running with the grain.
If not a broken stock a old piece of straight grain lumber would work.

I think I can help you with this. Walnut, 6"x 2" x 3/8", straight grain. I have several boxes of scraps left from stockmaking days. PM me with your shipping info.

If DG is not successful, I have a walnut stud from a pallet that I could send you a piece of.
