Firing pin stuck in breech block on 1873 Winchester

My firing pin is stuck. It won’t come out on my 1873 (DOM 1890). It will turn but not come out. Any ideas?

Pull the bolt and determine what is broke - bent or needs a cleaning

Could be glued in with dried-up oil. Soak in penetrating oil or acetone. Many people oil their bore then set the gun in a rack and over time the oil migrates down the bore and into the bolt where it dries up.

There is a firing pin return lever on the left side of the bolt. The toggle link pin needs to come out first, then the return lever dropped down and the firing pin should slide back. Most of the pins have a small groove in the top to clear the extractor. If there is rust in the groove it might prevent the firing pin from coming out, remove the extractor and it should be free to move back.

Try soaking with Kano Micro Lube after a few turns it should come loose.
Are my kids/grandkids more important than "o"'s kids, to me they are, darn tooting they are!!! They deserve the same armed protection afforded "o"'s kids.
I have been hoodwinked but not by"o"
