    It's Been Over 2 Years

I had to take well over a 2 year break from casting/loading. I moved and changed jobs so it put a damper on everything.

I started reloading again a few months back, but I was running low on cast bullets. I got my Lee 10lb pot heated up today and cast a nice pile of Lee 200gr. RNFP .430 and Lee TC 230gr. .452. I just got done lubesizing the .430 RNFPs on the 4500. It feels nice to be able to start building up the pile again!

Had a move/move/move divorce year 12 years ago or so and the reloading/casting stuff was boxed for most of those 12 months; it was terrible.luckily I had enough loaded ammo and a huge score at an estate sale to keep my shooting/marksmanship going.

Glad to hear ya jumped back on! Doesn't hurt to take a break anyhow. You'll feel even better when ya shoot them boolits too.

    Nice, Evan!
Did I rattle your cage the other day when I texted you? Good on ya for getting back after it.

I know first hand how bad a move is for messing up routines. We've been here for a year and it was still like American Ninja Warrior tryouts clambering through all the boxes to drag out all my casting stuff.

You have moved quite a bit my friend.

It was good to get on it. I was dual wielding the 2 molds and filling and popping sprue plates with aplomb. It's like I never stopped. I need to get after it again however. I realized I have molds I never even cast with.

Welcome Back. There were a few years when the kids were in school and I was working a lot that my shooting and casting got neglected. I remember how good it felt to get back into it.
