    Looking for a Lead Testing Source

    Hi:

    I am looking for a Lead Testing Source.

    A while back there was someone who would test your lead for a I think one pound for each ingot you sent him. I do not remember is it was here or another forum.

    There are no junk yards around here that have a way to test the alloy content.

    Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

    If you find a local jewelry buyer they sometimes have the machine to scan. They did mine for me for free.
