Anyone cast noe 454 290 or 350 hollow points?

I'm wanting a GC hollow point mold for my 450 bushmaster and have been eyeing up these molds. I am leaning towards the 268g hp, 290. I wish they had one that weighed around 300 g with the hp cavity. I'm going to PC them so the 290 looks like I'd have more and better surface contact than the 334g, 350 hp. Anyone have good luck with either?

What's the advantage over a brass mold vs aluminum?

I have the NOE 454-350-RF. Cast both solid and HP. But I'm just getting them loaded and have started working up a load for my SRH 454 Casull and have not had time to shoot or chrono the first 15. They are dressing out with molly-bee and lyman GC at 335gr - HP & 348gr RNFP using lyman #2 as cast size 0.456"

Mine is a Brass RG-2 and once you get it hot it just makes pretty boolits. I will say that I have one of Al's 4 cavity 433277 (Keith) aluminum that is a pleasure to cast with too. So you can't go wrong with either material from NOE.

I'm casting the 350HP with an aluminum RG-2, it makes beautiful boolits. I have some powder coated and ready to load for my 45 Colt NMBH. 21gr ish of H110/W296.

The aluminum mold is lighter and mine cast beautiful boolits. I cant speak if brass because I don't own one. I have a NOE 290 gr GC 3 cavity and they shoot great from a 15" Encore with AA1680 and a magnum CCI primer. @ 1900fps, it has a bit of torque and recoil. I have pics but I cannot upload them for some reason. Sometimes yes and sometimes they fail to upload.

I have the 454-290 and use it in my 454 casull and 45 colt. It shots good in both and have used it to take a few deer with the 454. It worked good as a cup point going to try the hollow point this year. Gtting to cast some up now got the pot warming.

I see they have a 290 mold and a 290 ranch dog mold. What's the difference between the two boolits?
