got all my scrap meat and summer sausage mix and high temp cheese ready to go. Wifes going up town to pick me up some pork but to mix in and next Monday summer sausage will be in the smoker!! Usually make a 100lbs a year but this years harvest wasn't good so its going to be 50 lbs this year.
