    High Production ( videos / pictures / details )

I wanted to start a thread to get ideas of hi out put systems.

I only tumble coat, so i typically do 75 -100 @ a time since my oven is small.

I figure some of you could show off some systems

There are several methods BUT they are not an option with your small oven.

The least you need is a basic countertop convection the best is a full-sized 220v convection oven with dual PID's and heat sinks.

With my smaller countertop convection oven I do 8 pounds at a time ( could possibly do more if I piled the boolits up)

With my larger Oster countertop convection oven I do 16 pounds at a time ( could possibly do more if I piled the boolits up)

I use a method similar to

    http://castboolits.gunloads.com/show...ange-PC-method

youtube's fortunecookie 45 bakes a basket full at a time. If you use good powder and knock/shake off all excess powder the will be very few boolits stuck together
