    Swag-O-Matic die dimensions

I'm "restoring" a CH Swag-O-Matic for the fun of it. It's more of a nostalgia trip than anything because I really don't use any jacketed bullets in any of my handguns. I want to, I can, ergo I am.
Not quite up to Descartes but as close as I'm going to get.

If someone out there has a set of Swag-O-Matic dies handy and you have the time to measure them, I would appreciate the dimensions for the following parts:

    1. OAL of the ejector rod. I assume the head diameter is indicated by the caliber being swaged and the stem diameter by the hole in the hardened washer.
    2. Nose punch large diameter and length
    3. The length and OD of the floating spacer

From the crappy copy of instructions I found on the internet I understand that the bolt that holds the nose punch in place is pretty much just a standard 5/16" x18 bolt. Is that a correct assumption?

Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.

GONRA sez used Swag-O-Matics MAY be "full of surprises"
from previous owner's (gorillas?) tender loving care.

Here are dimensions from an original one purchased directly from the distributor waaaay back.
Part "Letters" refer to a documentation sheet of uncertain origin. (Original? INTERNET? ???)

Ejector Punch "G" is 2.146 inch OAL,
head diameter has too suit the application, for .38 cal half jacket its .350 inch diameter.
.2495 inch diameter shank is 1.974 inch long.

Bullet Nose Punch "D" is 1.449 inch OAL.
major diameter section is .593 inch OD, .735 inch long.
(Internal 5/16-24 NF threads are best done with taper, plug and bottoming taps. About .580 inch deep.)
minor diameter section must suit application, for .44 cal half jacket .4285 inch OD, .714 inch long.

C-H MAY have made changes to the "floating spacer" "D" design after some years.
Mine is: 1.966 inch long, .377 inch OD and .312 inch ID.
Maybe C-H went to a solid screw.

Get a number of 5/16-24 NF bolts to have on hand.

Eventually you may have to make a die / ram threaded retaining ring. Its 7/8-20 RH threads.

Have Fun with yer Swag-O-Matic! Make sure you preserve it for future generations!
