    Ballisti-cast Mark II Manual

    G'day, All.

I have just bought a used but like new Ballisti-cast Mark II machine.
But... It came with no manual.
I have trolled the internet, but can't find a Manual for it in PDF (or any other format)
Anyone have one (machine or manual) they would be good enough to copy/send?

This machine nust have been one of the last out of the Ballisti factory as it has PID controller. Digi Timers etc.

    Thanks.
    Hooroo.
    Regards, Trevor.

    Trevor,

As good as you are simply draw out the schematics on the machine and it will all come into play. The mechanical portion of the machine simply employs common sense.

New feller here,,Like Ausglock i'm looking for a any info on a "Ballisti cast Mark ii,,the last owner( has passed) left a lot of wires out of the main panel. No male plug on cord,,think it will be a 4-wire 30 amp ,, just need to know the proper sequence to put the wire's back in the main panel,,then I can go from there. It's just to nice a unit to let go to waste.

    Thanks,,,Hootmix.

Sorry Skeettx,,had to go look,,240v 60hz,,(set on 240v 50hz you loose 20% of load that's what the manual said,),

Glad y'a got to go. I spent the day on my mk2,,could not turn the cam's by hand,,,i think they were to tight ( other fellardid it ),,not sure if I did it right but,,loosened the 3 out side ring bolts( till I learn the parts by name) until the cam's turned easier. Then hooked the micro sw. next to rack & pinion,,to feed the drive sw.,,got the drive to turn the cam's without breaking the shear screw ( took 3). NOW !! need to figure out where the heater wires go to??? Like you I want to mould up plenty,,,then sell or trade this one. ( maybe).
any glad y'a had a gooood day.
