These look very interesting. I actually like the looks of all the stocks, the shape and wood quality looks good to me. Only distributor though is Legacy Sports and Im sure the availability from a small shop in Australia is going to severely limit the availability of the rifle and parts. What does everybody think of the price? $1000 is steep for a rimfire. On the other hand, Annies are even more expensive.

$1000 for an accurate rim fire....drop in the bucket......I have a few "Annies" , a good set of sights for these will set ya back $800 on top of the 3k you have in your rifle.....the better question is, how much accuracy can you afford

$1000 isnt terrible for an accurate rifle. my cooper trp3 cost more than that 10 years ago, and way more now. for the money that rifle is almost as accurate as my cooper, and id consider it a good buy if its what your looking for.

with good ammo and a 120$ barrel and 100$ stock a 50 yd target aint that hard... that is what those guys arent telling you... those targets are mostly 50 yards...

    ruger10/22

Rim fire accuracy is a fickle beast,

That being said, most guns, even cheap ones will group ok at 25 & 50 yards, out past that is were it gets interesting,

Standard volicity ammo looses a lot at about 88 yards....so accuracy drops off after that....

High volicity ammo becomes sub sonic around 91 yards, so accuracy drops off after that....

Plus around 75 yards the wind really staters to push SV & HV ammo around

Plus, as we all know not all ammo is created equal.........

Here are a couple 75 yard targets from my plinking gun....64 action anschutz

I would like to add, when I started 3p Olympic, I found out hard and fast, that accuracy will increase (even from el cheapo guns) if your rifle has a GREAT trigger (my plinking rifle has a 2 stage 9 oz. Trigger in it) and the stock fits you perfectly.

Those two items can make or break a rifle
