    Casting flux

I've got a few garbage bags full of sawdust to get rid of. What should I do with it? It's good for the casting pot but shipping it would be pretty expensive for what it is. I can't burn it in my neighborhood. It's mostly cedar and pine. What do you do with extra sawdust?
I was a dog on a short chain.
    Now there's no chain.

Spread it thin on the lawn, or thick in the flower beds as mulch.

I need some, wish I was close to you. I would just put it out with the trash. It seems a waste but you can buy a bag at the farm store for a fraction of the shipping cost. Be careful with the flowers, sometimes the rosin in fresh pine will hurt them.

Lawn food...thin tho. Where I cut my firewood was 1ft deep at one point... a pain to clean up, and except for the first 2in the rest was dry even after 8ft if snow in it
