this is 120 pieces of 500 that i did with my pneumatic press yesterday.. these are 130gr varmint bullets fresh out of the polisher. i do about 100-150 at a time in my polisher as more than that seems to bog it a little, hell it is just a rotisserie motor and gear box from a grill. got another 100 in the polisher running right now. the bits of corn cob stuck in the point still drives me nuts though, gonna have to go to something a little bigger so it don't find its way into the opening..

i still gotta do a little tweaking to the trim punch and put some longer levers on the control valves for easier operation, other than that it works great.. it is amazing what you can do with plumbers lead and copper flashing salvaged from scrap dealer.. also amazing what one can build from less than $100 of salvaged scrap iron and an old medical oxygen cylinder. scrap iron here is around 6$ per 100lbs so it is real cheap..

this is my setup. i got it finished about 3 days ago. sure beats the heck out of using an arbor press for everything, lot faster too.
