    More bricks !!!!!!!!!!

Well as we said in the last thread we were going to get more of these 'bricks', well it happened a few days ago, gent backed up to the garage and what a bunch, was all right near the tailgate, good thing it was still day light or he would have blinded all vec;s coming at him.
Ended up what we think was about 1150lbs, 45 bricks at approx. 25/27 lbs each, smelted down the other stack and sent a sample to BNE, come out a 99 o/o Pb, 1 o/o Sb, did a smelt at 5 to 1 mono, cabine tree test it a 84/85, am happy with that. In a few days will take some pic's of a smelt what we do with 'bricks', think you may like it. We now have so much lead that we turned down a shower pan the other day at no cost, only have so much room.

Sorry, still trying to post a pic.

Why are you melting these bricks down? They are already perfect for storage till needed. I make 25 pound bricks out of my smeltings. Then make smaller ingots when I alloy for casting material.
Sent from my PC with a keyboard and camera on it with internet too.

Actually I believe the propane tank is sitting level, just the pile of lead is tilting the rest of the garage.Robert

Come on, 1100# fits in pretty small space. I turn down nothing castable that is free. I can always give it away or sell it.
