I'm selling my Marlin 336, manufactured in 1954 in excellent condition. No rust, very little scratching (mostly from safe bumping), and other than a few worn spots on the bluing, looks awesome. It's Ballard rifling is in excellent condition, and is a great cast boolit launcher!! I installed a Redfield rear sight and a globe front sight, complete with 10 different inserts. The rear sight's knobs move freely but are without wobble and have crisp, audible clicks. I sent this rifle to Goodsteel, from this site, to work his magic on it. Work his magic he did.. He slicked up the action a bit and did the most INCREDIBLE trigger job on it. He himself commented on how well the trigger felt when he finished working on it. The best trigger I've ever felt on a lever gun by far, and comes in at about 2.75lbs average pull. Also included is a pound-cast that Goodsteel made for this rifle, to make tailoring ammo all the easier. I would like to thank Goodsteel, and commend him on his meticulous work. Outside of the sights and action work, this rifle is all factory stock. I'm looking for $550 shipped to your FFL holder. I will accept check or MO, but prefer discreet Paypal Friends and Family. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful evening! -Fatelvis
