    Harbor freight PC

Are any of you still using the HF PC coating and what is the name on the spray cans?

HF PC is the Powder, not a Spray can.
It is for use in their ES Gun that they sell, or for you to use Shake and Bake style.
It is on the shelf near the Spray gun and Air tools in white plastic bottles that look like the cup on their spray rig.

No. I use Smoke4320's powders. They are much better.
It is not in a spray can. It is a powder. It can be electronically spray applied or tumble coat applied. It must then be baked to make it melt and stick, and cure. Read about the methods in this section.

HF powder is a great deal, I started with red and yellow, picked up white but stayed away from the flat black as folks didn't have good experiences with it. Smokes powders work great too, as do probably most others out there but its clear some powder/colors work better than others and Smoke takes the guesswork out. Folks diss HF powder much like folks diss LEE products. For me, it was a cheap way to experiment with powder coating and I had used all their colors for fishing lures for years with good luck. Good luck and have fun.

That was my experience - tried HF Red first, and it did work..... Got Smoke's clear, after a while tossed the HF powder. Just too much difference in coating with shake 'n bake.

HF red works with shake and bake, colors from smoke work well with shake and bake because he tests them. HF red looks ok, smoke's look great. Living in Mich. I get plenty of use from his Green and White, or Blue and Yellow for light loads

The HF gun requires some work space to "spray" the bullets but does allow one to be more productive. Shake and bake in #5 plastic bowl is slower but can do with less investment and less space. I didn't throw out my HF red but I only use it for one high volume caliber. Mostly because I'm cheap and making 500 rounds I'm not as finish conscious so I tolerate the lesser quality of finish.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

I still have some HF red to use up, a little goes along way. I have also been using smoke's powders, the real deal.
