Only when casting volumes of heavy boolits have I used the stacked pots. Otherwise, I just get by with less speed. However, when needed, the stacked pots allow a more even temp of pourinng melt, even while fillling large volume molds fast. It also allowes adding sprues and defects back to the top pot while hot, without cooling the pouring melt.
    Information not shared. is wasted.

10Lb pot feeding the 20 Lb pot.
Will keep 3, 6 cavity molds running constantly when casting 9mm etc etc.

No one can see your photo due to Photobucket's fee policy. Might be time to find another service.

Glad to get feed back from the casters here. Still thinking another Lee pot would make my casting sessions VERY productive.

Now you've got me thinking as your top pot is oriented 90° from the way mine is. My bottom slides back to fill. Only thing with mine is I get better air suction when it's further back which is when I flux so am not sure (just yet) on whether I might want to change my setup.

I unscrewed the 10Lb pot riser and turned it 90deg and rescrewed it to the base.
Then screwed the base to the alloy step up.

    I use 2 pots.
I usually run them with different alloys and use multiple moulds at a time.

I have used 2 with the same alloy but prefer not to fill one with the other. I use about 75% of one then I fill it back up and switch to the other full pot while the first pot gets back to temp.

I would imagine that running a stream out of one pot into another would give a lot of oxidation of the melt and you would need to flux again. Seems wasteful to empty a top pot into a bottom pot just to empty it into a mould. Why not just pour from the second pot into the mould?

Either way I like 2 pots for long sessions. Nothing worse than getting a good rhythm done and you're out of alloy.
