ended up with a box of them, curious if there is any genuine meaning to the stampings on them.

It's a code for another mfg - you used to see it on 9mm headstamps for surplus as well
I think I remember it being Karlsborg

Aktiebolag just means corporation in Swedish, abbreviated as AB, i.e., SAAB means Svenska Aeroplan Aktie Bolaget, or Swedish Airplane Corporation.

Those look just like M-14 stripper clips. Maybe they're interchangeable, U.S. 1903/1917 use the same stripper clips. as due my DWM'S 98 & 93.

They are not interchangeable with M14 stripper clips. As mentioned they work very well in M1903s, M1917s and match rifles with slots cut or adaptors made for the M1903 stripper clip.

No, M14 stripper clips have a single bump out in the middle on each side

This is so the stripper clip can go deeper into the action and feed correctly into magazine

Stripper Clip's for Mauser and Springfield (which US had to pay royalties to mauser over)
have two bumps on each side (so they can be inserted either direction)

    some have 3 bumps

but don't insert far enough to correctly control rounds when trying to use them in M14 rifles.

I think its funny that when all 5 round are inserted into them, the middle one wiggles a lot.
