    Happy Lead day

My neighbor is a young lady and I was helping her with her trash the other day. Her dad showed up and asked me what I was doing in my garage, I told him casting boolits. He said cool can I watch..Sure thing.

He said he didn't think guys did that anymore..yap yap yap we talk more etc.

He thanked me for being helpful to his daughter and we part ways. Today she calls me and said her Dad had a gift for me in her garage.

Yea, about 400 pounds of lead in Lyman ingots as well as these what look to be plastic coated giant square blocks..Like someone would use as an anchor. WOW..I was besides myself for sure.

Now, to figure out what all of it is and add it to my last score. I guess I should keep it separated until I figure out what all of it is.

What a great way to end the day

Real close, right next door. The young gal also helped me..I asked her not too but she muscled it up pretty good. Good kid and a looker too. The wife pulled up from work right when she was walking out of my garage..Yea, that took some splainin... After she saw the lead she told me..."You need mental help". Um no...I need to smelt all this stuff...LOL

I'm almost sure those large blocks are pure lead..

See what can happen when you do someone a favor. You could either do hardness tests or check with BNE about testing samples.
