    NOE 453 196 SWC (HG130) questions

I've got several of NOEs HG68 molds, and am thinking about going back to the 130 for my short line bullseye loads. Does anyone have experience with this mold, and would they be willing to trade a few bullets from it?

    Thanks in advance.

That's been an excellent design for me with light loads. My standard "good 'nuff" .45 ACP load of 5.0gr of Bullseye shot horrible. It was amazing how much it tightened up the lighter the loads were. The winner was 3.8gr Bullseye. 10 shots at 20yd from sand bags, 1.7" center to center from a spare parts cobbled together 1911 with an over sized and fitted barrel hood and bushing.

3.8 gr of bullseye is THE classic bullseye load. Would you be interested in trading a hundred or so unlubed bullets? I've got several different 45 versions, wad cutters and round noses...

Between work, school, and kids, it'll take me a bit to get some cast up but I'd be happy to send you a sample. PM me your mailing address and don't be bashful about dropping an occasional reminder. Currently engrossed in a HP project. My Clear Ballistics gel arrived yesterday (woot).

KVO, no need to cast, I got it figured out. Thanks much.
