These are usually a off the shelf item now. Get the measurements from the broken one. Head dia, shoulder dia, length and thread size dia, threads per inch and length. Check McMaster Carr, MSC graingers and Other suppliers. A local hardware may have them also in the screw bolt racks and these may be available as a single piece. Also consider replacing the spring washer under the head while your at it.

I've gone so far as to drill right through and use a machine screw and nut.

..............I'd post this request on the Muzzle Loading forum. I'll bet someone there has a similar mould and should be able to give you the thread pitch. Some SP pivot pins have an enlarged shoulder under the head for the SP to bear against instead of on the threads. MSC or McMaster-Carr may have what your want. You may even be lucky enough to be allowed to buy only ONE If you don't have any luck being able to buy only one, and a box of a hundred would cost too much, get ahold of Lathesmith here on the Vendor Sponsor forum.

To gin one up he'll need some info like thread pitch & length, OD and length of the shoulder (if there is one).
