    Interesting video.What was he using for a wad column? Straw? I liked his tools,reckon he made them?

    I for one would not want to deprime a live primer that way, but the rest of the procedure looks pretty easy.

    It looks like a very tall wad column and very little buckshot. Wad looks like coarse sawdust, maybe from a chainsaw? Would be interesting to see how he reloads bear loads for a rusty old M-Nagant!

    That first shell he filled with powder had a very proud primer by the look of it.

    I saw that also Stephen. Either his tool is worn down or he did not clean out the primer pocket. I would hate to have one like that in my pocket.

    As to his deprimer, I don't think there is any way that if you went to remove a live primer and it went off that you would actually get hurt. There is several inches of airgap between the end of the brass hull and the hand. The other hand holding the shell might tingle some. But I don't think it would be damaged. Looked like a good tool to me.

    I really liked his sizing/priming tool.
