I am using the Lee 310 mold which works great. This rifle has become such a favorite that at some point I will upgrade to an Accurate Mold.

IIRC I used a 44 Special bullet, an old Ideal cast of pure lead. With Unigue it would shoot ragged cloverleafs at 50 yards. I'll get you the number if I can find it.

A departed friend (Joe Weist was a regular here) designed a boolit for the 41 Swiss and CBE cut the mold for it. They should have the mold in their inventory, I bought one several years ago. Nice molds, affordable price.

I've been using the Lee .429 bullet, with black powder. I recently got an Accurate 315 gr heeled bullet which has a max band diameter of .434, which is too wide (it won't chamber). Once I load the bullet at the correct OAL of 2.2", I use the sizing die with the decapping pin removed to size it down (I learned that technique on this forum). It works very well.

Mark, before you choose a mold for the 41 Swiss - be sure to slug the bore for groove diameter. Different models of the Vetterli have slight difference groove diameters
