    This would be the year to visit Yellowstone while it's still in Wyoming.
    Take a lot of pictures for prosperity. It won't look the same after it ends up in Kansas and Nebraska.

    you'd be okay if they were in Idaho.
    Wyoming not so much and don't touch the horns until the body's land east of the continental divide.
    I don't know about Montana but I think you'd be okay having some or all of the animal.
