The bench is 12 ft long. 36 inches high. Going to use 6 ft of it for reloading and 6 ft for a workbench. Have a swivel stool that is just the right height.

Put a piece of 3/4" 5-ply plywood under that counter top before you mount your reloading press. The particle board counter top is beautiful and easy to clean, but "kitchen duty" is not "reloading bench" strong enough.

Now try and tell us that bench wasn't a deciding factor in the purchase decision. It is a very nice workspace.

It's purty and has a classy look, but I would add another 3/4 to 1" of marine grade ply on top or at least where you will be mounting your press(es).

Forget the workbench part. Use it all for reloading. You can build a workbench later.

Yep! Every bit of that bench should be used for reloading needs!
After fours years of moving into our new home and my 20x20 shop, I mounted my last press on my 14ft reloading/cast boolit sizing bench (along one wall) today! It felt great!

Of course that reloading bench did not figure into your decision to buy that particular house, did it? I really like that bench but would think about a little added strength on the top. Enjoy, james

So confess, you really just bought a a great loading/work bench with a house attached to it, right? Sounds like a plan to me!
